RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 

We have a 14 day return policy.

If you wish to return an item please email us on info@wholesomerealmapparel.com with your order details within 14 days of delivery. 
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We are happy to accept your returns as long as the item is 100% new, unworn, unwashed, un-prefumed, free from make-up and fake tan, with all packaging intact.  We unfortunately can’t accept items if they are worn or washed.

 

CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT SIZING

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind.

We are more than happy to exchange if sizing is incorrect, but please keep in mind that we are a small business and may not have the correct sizing by the time you get in touch.
If this is the case, we will be in touch to offer alternatives, if nothing is suitable then we will give a store credit.

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH DISCOUNT OR ON SALE

If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount and minus the shipping). 
Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.

We are sorry to let you know that if you purchased an item from us that was on sale or with a gift card you are unable to return the items.

FAULTY GOODS

We personally check all items before sending to ensure they are of the highest quality. But we are human and sometimes mistakes can be made.
If an item is faulty we will provide a replacement or store credit.

REFUNDS

Please note, refunds will only be given if an item is faulty within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us on: info@wholesomerealmapparel.comwith your order information and photos and we will review it for you and let you know what the process will be if your refund request has been approved.

 

WHEN RETURNING 

Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us, and details of where to post too will be sent in an email if your return request has been accepted.

It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Please note: Items which do not satisfy the above conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
